Preparing the timing chain cover. I have replaced the O rings with two 2-121. This part connects to the 2 hoses going to the oil cooler.
For future reference, a 3.6 X 30.8 mm O ring should fit very nicely here.
New seal for the intermediate timing chain shaft.
I had to solder the temperature sender unit; it was loose and could be trouble down the road after the engine is in the car.
I made a connector for the engine oiler and a pressure tester using an old DS pressure sending unit.
The cover is ready to be installed.
